You tell us what you are preparing and give us a few details about the meal (e.g. ingredients, etc.) and we will pair it with a varietal and suggest a few specific bottles to consider (with links to where you can purchase them). Our turn around time on this is fast too. We have a guaranteed turn-around time of 24 hours but most of the time we are able to respond within hours. We also have a satisfaction guarantee that if we don’t knock it out of the park, we will refund back 50% of the fee. This service is perfect for that special meal or event you are planning. If you need the wine to make the moment memorable then look no further.
The Persistent Pairing ($100)
Are you looking for something to pair with an item on a menu or recipe on your website? Do you want the pairing to be “Wine Nerds Approved“? With this offering we will not only create the perfect pairing for your dish but you can tell the world that we approve of it as you will get to use our name and logo. Specific conditions apply but you will essentially get 3rd party validation of the pairing on your menu that you can use to drive more sales. The turn around time on this is a little longer than our quick pairing as we will work more closely with you to potentially pair this with offerings from your existing wine list. With this offering you will get a great pairing for your item, the reason why the pairing works, and the use of the Wine Nerds name and logo specific to that pairing (we have a badge we will send you). For the small family owned restaurant that wants to bring more credibility to their wines and help drive more sales, this is a great choice.
3) The Reverse Pairing ($40)
Tell us what wine you have and we will offer up specific food and menu pairing suggestions. We will even send you links to some highly rated online recipes that will pair well with your bottle. While most food pairs start with the food, sometimes it is all about the wine. Especially if it is an epic bottle and you want the right food to go with it. That is what the Reverse Pairing is all about. The guaranteed turn-around time on this is 24 hours like our Quick Pairing.
